To choose the product(s) you purchased, select the applicable product(s) from the list below. The product(s) will then appear under "Products Chosen." If you wish to remove a product, place your cursor over the product in the list and you will be able to delete the item. To see a complete description of the product chosen, please click on the double left arrow below. Once you are finished, go to the bottom of the screen and click on the button to go to the next step.
